Not Much

Well, there's not too much to report here...I just realized that it has been a while since I've given an update:).

Things are going well for us. School has been going on for about 3 weeks, Lanie is still enjoying her school (although leaving the house is not as much fun as it used to be!). But, I take solace in knowing that she will be fine once we get there. So, my morning drive pretty much consists of "The Muppet Show" cd, and a crying child...please...try to contain your jealousy...

Kev still loves his job with SSD. I think it was a bit strange for him to have new kids this year. After teaching for almost 10 years (CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??!!!) I guess I had forgotten that it might be strange having to "start over" each August if you're not used to it.

I have a fun class, plus a student teacher, so while this school year has started off more stressful (it seems) then past years, it's not as bad because I get to share the joy:). I feel a bit detached from them occasionally, but I think that will get better.

Well, this weekend finds us busy with a cousin's wedding, and LOTS of wonderful family in town. Hope you're having a great couple of days off...hopefully!
